Versova Beach Drive 2025
On 30th January 2025, Burhani Foundation, in collaboration with environmentalist Afroz Shah, organized a beach cleanup drive at Versova Beach under the Turning the Tide campaign. Students from Taiyebiyah High School and Saifi High School enthusiastically participated in the initiative, with around 100 students accompanied by their teachers and staff members. The objective was to instill a sense of environmental responsibility among the youth while contributing to the ongoing efforts against plastic pollution. The drive served as a powerful example of how community collaboration and student involvement can lead to meaningful and lasting impact on the path to sustainability.
