A total of 19 community centres in Mumbai and 6 in Suburban Mumbai actively participated in the recent Plastic Recycling Drive. In Mumbai, the centres collectively contributed 100 kgs of plastic waste and 4,000 kgs of paper waste. From Suburban Mumbai, 122 kgs of plastic waste and 1,335 kgs of paper waste were gathered. This initiative reflects a strong community effort towards promoting sustainability and responsible waste management.
