Project Lead – Zero Waste
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement zero waste programs including segregation, composting, recycling, and upcycling.
- Coordinate with organisations affiliated with us to set up sustainable waste systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Management, Waste Management, Sustainability, or Project Management.
- 3+ years of experience working with waste programs, especially in urban environments.
- Proven project management experience, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and impact evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and lead pilot projects, manage multi-stakeholder partnerships, and scale sustainable waste solutions.
- Familiarity with segregation systems and composting methods.
- Strong communication, reporting, and community mobilization skills.
Project Lead – Cleanliness
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cleanliness programs including clean-up drives, recycling drives, and other cleanliness-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with different organisations for sustained impact.
Requirements:
- Degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing cleanliness and hygiene campaigns.
- Excellent project management and operations oversight.
- Ability to manage large-scale volunteer programs and public awareness campaigns.

- Interest in one or more of the following areas:green cover, water conservation, renewable energy, zero waste, cleanliness.
- Strong project support and organizational skills, with the ability to assist in planning, fieldwork, data collection, and community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with environmental concepts such as renewable energy, or climate resilience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in field settings, attend awareness drives, or support volunteer-led campaigns as needed.
