Project Lead – Zero Waste

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement zero waste programs including segregation, composting, recycling, and upcycling.
  • Coordinate with organisations affiliated with us to set up sustainable waste systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Management, Waste Management, Sustainability, or Project Management.
  • 3+ years of experience working with waste programs, especially in urban environments.
  • Proven project management experience, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and impact evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead pilot projects, manage multi-stakeholder partnerships, and scale sustainable waste solutions.
  • Familiarity with segregation systems and composting methods.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and community mobilization skills.
Project Lead – Cleanliness

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cleanliness programs including clean-up drives, recycling drives, and other cleanliness-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different organisations for sustained impact.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing cleanliness and hygiene campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and operations oversight.
  • Ability to manage large-scale volunteer programs and public awareness campaigns.

  • Strong project support and organizational skills, with the ability to assist in planning, fieldwork, data collection, and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with environmental concepts such as renewable energy, or climate resilience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in field settings, attend awareness drives, or support volunteer-led campaigns as needed.
